A bespoke interior design studio for commercial and residential spaces – from offices and restaurants to homes – based in Bedfordshire, working in London and beyond.
WHAT Interiors is a bespoke interior design studio based in Luton, Bedfordshire, led by designer Yuri Colomiet. We design interiors that are beautiful and considered – but also practical, durable and built to be lived and worked in every day.
Our work spans commercial and residential interiors: offices and workspaces, restaurants and hospitality, and private homes. Every project runs end to end – space planning, concept design, material and lighting selection, bespoke furniture, and full project management through to completion.
We work face to face with clients across Luton, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London, and online with clients across the rest of the UK. Wherever the project is, the standard is the same: a space with a clear idea behind it, delivered properly.
Below are the three areas we're asked for most often. You can also see the full range of work in our project portfolio.
166 Tower Bridge, London. Open-plan office with Crittall-style glass partitions, warm oak floors and a concrete shell.
Workplaces that people actually want to come into – and that project the right image to clients and prospective hires. We design open-plan offices, private rooms, reception areas and meeting spaces that balance focus, collaboration and brand, across Luton, London and the South East.

From design to delivery: managing the build, the trades and the programme through to a finished, working space.
When a project needs to be built as well as designed, we manage the full fit-out from shell to completion – drawings, specification, contractors and programme. One studio responsible for both the idea and its delivery, so the finished space matches the design.

Noshi Restaurant. Hospitality interiors with a single defining idea – here, a full-height cherry blossom canopy.
Restaurants, cafés and bars that guests remember and return to. We design hospitality interiors with a clear concept – from fine dining to grand cafés in listed buildings – including the RA Café at the Royal Academy of Arts and Novikov in Manchester.

Good interior design isn't decoration. It's a clear idea, made to work in real life.Yuri Colomiet, lead designer
Yes. WHAT Interiors is an interior design studio based at the Innovation Centre in Luton, Bedfordshire. We work with clients across Luton, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London, and remotely across the wider UK.
We design commercial and residential interiors, with particular specialisms in office and workplace design, commercial fit-out, and restaurant and hospitality interiors. Each project includes space planning, concept design, material and furniture specification, bespoke furniture and project management.
Every project begins with a conversation about the brief, budget and timeline. From there we move through concept design, detailed design and specification, and on into delivery and project management through to completion. We provide a project programme at the start of each engagement.
Fees depend on the scope, size and complexity of the project. We provide a clear fee proposal after an initial consultation, where we discuss your space, your brief and your budget. The first conversation is free.
