Interior Design
in Luton and Across the UK

I design spaces that work for the way people actually live and work. I don't start with an idea or a moodboard — I start by asking what needs solving here.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What you'll actually receive

A design project isn't a set of pretty pictures. It's a document pack your builder can work from without guesswork or rework.

Survey and site analysis

I start with what's actually there: load-bearing walls, services, windows, ceiling heights. Plenty of ideas fall away at this stage — which is far cheaper than dropping them on site.

Layout

I usually show several layout options. We compare them not on looks, but on how you'll move through the place every morning.

Concept

Materials, lighting, fitted furniture, finishes. By this point we know what we're solving, so the concept doesn't fight the layout.

3D visualisation

So you see the result before you've paid for it. Signing off on an image is easier than signing off on a description.

Drawings and specifications

Plans, elevations, details, material schedules. This is the part builders tend to thank me for — no phone calls to check what was meant.

Site support

Design supervision, approving substitutions, conversations with the contractor. That's my job, not yours.

Not every project needs the full pack — sometimes a layout review or a single consultation is enough.

PRICING

What it costs

I don't sell ready-made packages. First we work out what needs solving — then the scope and the cost become clear.

Consultationfrom £250
Layout reviewfrom £350–450
Design concept, one roomfrom £650
Kitchen, bathroom, fitted furniturefrom £950–1,250
Full design project, one roomfrom £1,250

The final figure depends on the task, the number of rooms and how far the detailing goes. If you have one specific problem, you don't need a full project to solve it.

I work in Luton, Dunstable, Bedford, Hitchin, Harpenden, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes, visiting site in person. Elsewhere in the UK and abroad I work online — a format that has been working for years, not a compromise.

We'd planned to do the renovation ourselves and spent a whole month arguing about the interior — until we realised we needed a professional who could take both sides' wishes into account… Read on Google

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask

Can I have just one room designed?

Yes. That's often where people start — a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room. If you need the rest later, we pick up where we left off.

Do I need a full project if the work has already started?

Not necessarily. Once building is underway, what's usually needed is targeted: layout, details, furniture drawings. A full project is often more than the situation calls for.

Do you produce drawings my builder can work from?

Yes. Plans, elevations, details and specifications are part of the project. They're enough for a builder or a joinery workshop to work without further questions.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Surveys, calls, approvals and document handover all work online. For sites within travelling distance I come in person.

Tell me about the space and what isn't working in it right now. Then I'll tell you whether you need a full project — or whether less will do.
