Yes. WHAT Interiors is based at the Innovation Centre on Butterfield in Luton, Bedfordshire. We deliver office fit-outs locally in Luton and across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London, with site visits and full project management throughout.
A full fit-out covers space planning, concept and technical design, partitions and joinery, lighting and finishes, bespoke and specified furniture, and management of contractors from strip-out through to handover. We can take on the whole package or a defined part of it.
A typical office fit-out runs 3–6 months from concept to handover, depending on the size of the floor, the level of bespoke work and site access. We issue a detailed programme at the briefing stage so dates are clear before work begins.
Yes. We work from a bare shell or a Cat A landlord finish through to a fully branded Cat B workspace – reception, open-plan desking, meeting rooms, private offices and breakout areas, all designed and delivered as one project.
