WHAT Interiors provides interior design and bespoke furniture design services, including but not limited to:

• concept development and space-planning;
• full design projects and technical documentation;
• bespoke furniture design;
• project management and on-site design supervision;
• CGI visualisations and marketing materials for developers.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in a separate contract or proposal signed by both parties before work commences.

Content on whatinteriors.com — text, images, project photography and graphics — is the intellectual property of WHAT Interiors or its clients and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission.

The site is provided for information purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or freedom from error.

All design work is carried out under a separate written contract. Work does not begin until a contract is signed and a deposit received.

Ownership of design materials (drawings, visualisations, specifications) transfers to the client upon full payment.

WHAT Interiors retains the right to use images of completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WHAT Interiors' liability in connection with any project is limited to the fee paid for that project.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties — contractors, suppliers or authorities.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

All concepts, drawings and documentation created by WHAT Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Until final payment, you may not use, transfer or modify our design materials without our permission.

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update shown.
